He qualified his CA in 2012 and served as a consultant in a Chartered Accountants firm, where he had wide experience in the areas of statutory and internal auditing of manufacturing industries and Hospitality sectors. He currently heads the Corporate Secretarial Department & Statutory audit department of our firm. He is also a Registered Valuer for Securiries and Financial Assets (Registered with IBBI), Qualified Independent Director exam conducted by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Holding CISA (USA) Certifiaction. And he holds the Certificates issued by ICAI, like Forensic Audit and Fraud Detection (FAFD), Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).

A Chartered Accountant, qualified in 2012, with expertise in the field of Taxation. After a spell of two years in a Chartered Accountants firm, where he headed the Statutory audit of various PSU’s and Power Sector Companies, he joined along with CA.D.Sethuraman and started this firm. He looks after the Direct taxation, Tax Assessments & Representations before Tax authorities, Valuations of Financial Assets. He is also a Registered Valuer for Securiries and Financial Assets (Registered with IBBI), Qualified Independent Director exam conducted by Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Holding CISA (USA) Certifiaction.
